CHOCCY WOCKY COOKIES







 


Preparation:     10 minutes
Cooking:          20 minutes
Servings:         12-15 cookies


You will need:

1 ripe banana
1 medium apple
50g wholemeal flour
50g porridge oats
1 tblsp peanut butter
1 tblsp cocoa powder

 
 
To make:

Pre-heat the oven 180 fan

Mash the banana.  Peel the apple and grate the flesh.  Add all ingredients together and mix well.  Space out on baking sheet lined with non-stick baking paper.  Use teaspoon size splodges for treat size, or dessert spoon for bite size.  Makes 12-15 cookies depending on what size you choose.  Bake for 20 minutes.
